My Seven Favorite Shoes

I wanted to do a post about my seven favorite shoes at the moment. Seven is a random number, but it seemed like a good number. Shoes are my favorite accessory. I don't think anyone could have too many pairs of shoes. From sneakers to heels, I have found specific brands and shoes that are most comfortable for me. Comfort is key when it comes to shoes; especially in college. With how much I walk to class or workout, I burn holes through my shoes. That may just be my excuse to buy more shoes than necessary. These will be shoes that are versatile for the summer and winter and everything in between. I made sure to choose shoes from my collection that could be styled so many ways. 1. My first pair of shoes that I am loving are these Converse X Carhartt Chuck Taylor collab! They are a fun neutral color that could go with a lot! I think Converse are just classic. You can wear these with jeans and a sweater for the fall, or a t-shirt dress for the summer. I feel like the color will go with any type of dress or pants in your collection. My go-to shoe in junior high were Converse and I still have a few pairs in my shoe collection. They also have a camouflage pair which would also be fun and perfect for the winter.

2. These next ones are super fun & new to Superga! Everyone knows Superga's classic platform sneakers. These are a twist on those shoes. I feel like these would be the perfect spunky pair of shoes to keep in your collection. These chunky lace up boots would be so easy to style since they are white. Perfect with jeans or even sweats. The gold accents add a little more spice. These are super comfortable and get more comfortable the more you wear them. I will say... they are a little challenging to put on, but I totally believe that these are worth it. They also have a low top option if you prefer that.

3. These Golden Gooses aren't new, but I love them! I think the dirtier and more chaotic, the better. Although they are super bright and have various patterns and colors, I think they could be perfect with a fun maxi dress or some baggy pants. One thing that I love about Golden Goose is that you can purchase laces for your GG's. I think these would look incredible with some neon green or red laces. Golden Gooses are so comfortable. I size up so they are more loose on my feet. This cut of GG's are super popular right now and are perfect for this upcoming season. I love the writing on the bottom of these too! They are super "out there," but I think they would be so fun to style!!

4. This next pair is super unique! Vintage Havanas are one of my favorite pairs of shoes I have ever purchased! I have my own pair of these in a different color and I wear them all the time. They have more of a slide look to them, but keep your feet so warm. I love wearing mine with a sweatsuit or even jeans and a sweater! Perfect for cold but sunny weather! My feet would totally get gross in them if I didn't wear socks with them. My mom found socks that only cover half of your foot and they are perfect for these. These only have a few sizes left so grab them quick if you're interested! I really recommend Vintage Havana. They have a similar fit to Golden Goose.

5. These booties are a total staple piece and Dolce Vita has a ton of colors and patterns to choose from. Everyone needs a classy pair of booties in their collection. This color would go with everything and is perfect for any time of the year! You typically see white or black booties so these would be a perfect way to switch things up. I love these for Thanksgiving and Christmas time. I think you could wear these with a dress or skirt in the summer and then dress more warm with them in the winter and fall months. I have worn these so much while at school and always get compliments on them. They are so comfortable and I can walk in them for hours.

6. These are def a little more pricey and would be an investment, but I think they are so cool and unique!! The fun pink color would be great for summer and spring! LV has proven to have some really cool shoes in my opinion. Although these are pink, I think they would be so fun to have for special occasions. I imagine these with a sparkly mini dress or even jeans and a button up. I have never seen these on anyone else, so I think that is super special.

7. Last but definitely not least are these Stan Smith's from Adidas. I got my first pair of Stan Smiths in 8th grade. My dad's dad used to wear them, so I always think of him when I put them on. Although they have a green heel, I wear them with anything, no matter the color. This pair is unique and has a fun message behind them. They have a few colors so you could pick your favorite. I would love to get a pair with a red heel for Oklahoma game days. I think these would be an awesome graduation gift or birthday gift. I have seen some girls paint theirs and make them super funky.

So those were my favorite seven pairs of shoes. I hope you got some inspiration from these and will maybe purchase a pair. I think people with cool shoes always stand out to me as having great style. There are so many great options on the market right now, no matter your price range.
